With 48 years in the flooring industry, my family founded and operated Carpet Super Mart, a family-owned business, for over four decades. I take pride in creating a warm, welcoming workplace. When I’m not working, you’ll find me unwinding at the lake, enjoying life and the peace of the outdoors.

Cole Hunter

President

With over 25 years in the flooring business, I’ve worked with local builders, senior living communities, homeowners, and commercial clients to deliver quality results. My dedication to building strong partnerships has been key to success. Outside of work, I enjoy college football and spending time with family and friends.

Beatriz Cacace

Controller

As Controller at Flooring Innovations, I manage financial operations while also handling purchasing and HR. Fluent in Spanish, I help bridge communication gaps and support my team like family. With 35 years of financial experience, including 19 in flooring, I love troubleshooting and streamlining processes. Outside work, I study the Bible daily and enjoy time with my husband Anthony, our children, and serving my church and community.

Dave Elderkin

Install Manager

I’ve spent over 40 years in the flooring industry, beginning as a self-employed contractor in upstate New York for two decades. After moving to Arizona, I continued growing in the field as a customer service technician and superintendent. Since 2015, I’ve focused on flooring sales and installation management. In 2018, my wife and I relocated to North Carolina to be near family, where I enjoy the outdoors, hunting, and time with our dogs, Riley and Lucy.

Carolyn Byrum

Outside Sales Leader

I’ve spent nearly 30 years in the construction industry, representing everything from garage doors to brick and drywall before finding my home in flooring 12 years ago. My experience gives valuable insight into the homebuilding process and helps me guide customers to the right products. Outside of work, I cherish time with my 90-year-old aunt, my spouse Clark, and our dogs, Wilma and Holly.

Charles Phillips

Quality Control

Since beginning my career in 1988, I’ve grown from crafting area rugs to mastering installations across all flooring types. Through certifications with CFI, Armstrong, and Shaw, plus OSHA commercial training, I built deep expertise in residential installation and service. I later moved into quality control and field inspections. Now everyday revolves around "what ever it takes to get the job done right!"

Bruno Cacace

Warehouse Manager

As Warehouse Manager, I oversee inventory, job supply distribution, and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth preparation for installations. With five years of experience in the flooring industry, I continue to grow my expertise daily. Outside of work, I enjoy boxing spending time with family, friends, and supportive coworkers I consider family.

Kourtney Campbell

Builder Coordinator

As Builder Coordinator with three years of industry experience, passionate about keeping projects running smoothly and on track. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my husband and kids. Family, laughter, and balance mean everything to me, and I try to bring that same energy into my career.

Kim Owens

Administrative Assistant

Kimberly Owens is an experienced Administrative Coordinator with over 11½ years in the flooring industry and 24 years in customer service. Known for her dedication and organization, she thrives on helping teams succeed. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys church activities and spending time with her husband and their two pit bulls, Jax and Gemma.
